Paramount Global is seeking an experienced, highly qualified Executive Assistant for a Senior Executive.
This highly visible role within our company requires someone capable of multi-tasking and appropriately handling sensitive information. You will anticipate the needs of a busy executive and take the initiative to solve problems thoughtfully and independently. You will partner daily with the support staff of our C-Suite Senior Executives. You will report directly to the EVP, Global Policy and Government Relations and will be based in Washington, DC.
As the Executive Assistant, you will handle a variety of situations and confidential matters with the utmost discretion. We are looking for someone who can handle multiple tasks and balance multiple priorities. This position is ideal for a self-starter who is able to prioritize effectively for the Senior Executive and work well under pressure.
Overview & Responsibilities:
• Heavy scheduling and calendar management including the coordination of complex meetings with multiple participants and locations
• Create and modify travel itineraries quickly and accurately. Processing expenses
• Handle meeting logistics, conference rooms, displaying presentations, etc.
• Screen and respond to phone calls and email as appropriate
• Handle incoming/outgoing packages and mail
• Partner with other company administrative assistants to collaborate, obtain information, and problem solve
• Draft correspondence and preparing presentations
• Manage special projects and running occasional personal errands
• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
• Manage office budget and reports
• Keep track of office supplies and order when necessary
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of ten (10) years of proven success supporting executives and/or senior executive team.
Additional Qualifications:
• Bachelors' degree preferred.
• Strong organization skills and managing multiple priorities
• Strong skills within Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
• Superior written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
