Compensation:
$65,000 - $70,000 annually, with additional benefits including full medical, vision, and dental coverage, generous sick days, vacation days, holidays, 401(k) with company matching, and tuition reimbursement.
Hard Skills:
- At least 1 year of digital design experience in a studio, network, or creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).
- Strong background in design, layout, and typography.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and Google applications including Word, PowerPoint, GoogleDocs, GoogleSlides, and GoogleSheets.
Soft Skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively, collaborate with teams, and communicate clearly.
- Capable of working independently, communicating effectively with senior leaders, and continuously eager to learn.
- Skills in maintaining project specs, following structure, templates, and naming conventions.
Position Overview:
The Junior Digital Designer will work closely with the Digital team to produce creative assets for OTT, Platform, Digital, and Social Media marketing efforts. This role involves designing and producing brand and series campaign creative, managing day-to-day tasks across creative marketing projects, and collaborating with web developers on design needs, including UI/UX executions. The designer must have an eye for effective yet elevated design and a strong visual understanding of the brand.
