Position Available: Commercial and Print Division Manager
We are a reputable talent management company with a strong presence in the industry for the past 25 years. At present, we are seeking an experienced individual with a specialization in the Commercial and Print division to oversee and develop this important area of our business. The successful candidate will work with our current roster of clients while actively seeking out new talent to represent.
This position operates on a commission-based structure, with a favorable 50/50 split. Your earning potential will depend on your dedication and effort. If you are motivated by the opportunity to determine your own earnings, this position offers an ideal fit. Please note that salary negotiation is not available, as we maintain a consistent 50/50 split arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with commercial casting directors, advertisers, and brands
- Assess and negotiate commercial rates for talent representation
- Curate a roster of commercial and print clients with the approval of the owner
- Coordinate auditions and submit clients for various commercial opportunities
- Demonstrate proficiency in verbal, phone, and written communication to effectively liaise with clients and industry professionals
- Remain attuned to industry trends and recognize potential talent for commercial and print work
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a talent agency or talent management company with a focus on the Commercial and Print division
- A comprehensive understanding of the commercial market in Los Angeles and New York
- Established relationships with commercial casting directors, advertisers, and brands
- Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills
- The ability to recognize and cultivate potential commercial and print talent
- Familiarity with the fast-paced nature of the industry
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of commercial rates, a proven track record working within the commercial market, and the ability to navigate the industry in both Los Angeles and New York. Furthermore, they will possess exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and industry professionals.
Please be aware that this position does not offer a salary. Instead, managers receive a 50/50 commission split. The potential for earnings is directly related to the effort and dedication invested in the role.
