Director, Equity Member Relations (Strategy & Analysis)
is hybrid requiring 3-4 days/week in the Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
The Director's responsibilities include the following:
• Partner with SVP to build and deploy Member Service strategy and development
• Refine and develop scalable systems that drive Member satisfaction
• Partner closely with Finance and Accounting colleagues as well as cross functional and external stakeholders to drive Member Services strategic initiatives
• Analyze existing processes, systems and communication channels to identify opportunities for improvement and drive actionable solutions
• Support for Corporate Finance teams such as Tax, Accounting and Treasury as needed and partner with cross functional leaders on those teams
• Provide high-quality data and analysis as needed to senior leader
• Build relationships within Finance and Accounting and cross functionally
• Provides leadership, coaching and guidance to direct reports
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• BS or BA required with a concentration in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• CPA or MBA
• 8+ years financial analysis, tax and/or public accounting experience required with 2+ years private equity or partnership experience?
• Sports and/or Entertainment industry experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Finance required
• Strong time management, decision-making, attention to detail, and interpersonal and communication skills required
• Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities
Location
• This role is hybrid, based out of the Los Angeles office.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $165,000 - $220,000. T his position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
