Linda Sullivan, president and general manager of NBC’s owned-and-operated Los Angeles station KNBC-TV, announced today she will retire later this year. Ms. Sullivan plans to move back to her hometown of Boston.
“It was our plan to take advantage of Linda’s leadership and experience at KNBC for as long as possible before her ultimate decision to move back to the East Coast, and that time is now upon us,” said John Wallace, president of NBC Local Media, in a statement. “I’d like to personally thank her for her many contributions to NBC Universal over the years. She will be missed.”
Craig Robinson, executive VP of operations and digital strategy, has been named interim general manager.
