This season, Linda Bell Blue begins her 13th year as executive producer of ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT. She is the longest running executive producer on the #1 syndicated entertainment newsmagazine in the world. An Emmy Award-winning producer, Bell Blue joined the revered entertainment newsmagazine at the start of its 15th season (with more than a decade of producing news under her belt) .
Bell Blue also serves as executive producer of THE INSIDER, the nightly half-hour newsmagazine based on the popular ET segment. THE INSIDER premiered in 2004 as the highest-rated debut of any newsmagazine in syndication since 1996 and continues to rank second only to ET in the genre.
During the 2004-05 season, Bell Blue executive produced two CBS primetime television specials: "Red Carpet Confidential," which revealed the beauty and style secrets of the stars, and "An ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT Event - Celebrity Weddings Unveiled," which celebrated the lavish wedding moments, mementos and mishaps of Hollywood celebrities. She also executive produced the critically-acclaimed CBS Valentine's Day special, "The Stars First Time on ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT With Mary Hart." In 2002, she served as executive producer of the high-rated ABC reunion special, "ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT Presents: Laverne & Shirley Together Again," which revisited the classic sitcom with its stars Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams.
